Welcome, and thank you for visiting my site. It has been a labor of love and always a work in progress. I have spent the last 20 years studying the structure of behavior and how people like you and I do what we do that leads certain individuals to create a level of success in their lives. I have trained and coached people from all walks of life to achieve massive results. Miracles are happening all around us, and yet, we all face challenges on a daily basis. Those very challenges give us the opportunity to see all the possibilities that life has to offer. What we focus onl determines how we grow and live our lives. How we view our world shapes future. As a child, I grew up with what I believed to be a great theory! "Get an education, work hard and all your dreams will come true." But the truth is I never knew what my dreams were, perhaps like many of you. Have you ever done something because you thought you were supposed to, but knew you didn't want to? That's why I went to college. That's also the reason I dropped out. Then I went to work at nineteen to earn a living, though it really wasn't much of a living. Though, that's what I thought I was supposed to do. So after many years of just earning a living, I decided to start creating a life.

 
I began a quest to discover what it takes to become truly successful and find a passion in my life. Ten years and many possibilities later, it finally came to me, I love to teach and entertain. But what could I possibly do where people would listen to what I have to say? Well, at fifteen I was performing as professional magician, went on to become a personal trainer and fitness consultant, managing numerous clubs in the Health & Fitness Industry. I became a volunteer 'Big Brother' and now volunteer my time as spokesperson for the Make-A-Wish foundation. I graduated from college with honors. I've received an award for "Excellence in Communication" by Toastmasters International, I'm a certified NLP Master Trainer, and named one of the top Clinical Hypnotherapist graduates from (HMI) Hypnosis Motivational Institute, Tarzana, CA, to now finished writing my second book "Road Map To Success" based upon the NLP Success Formula, behavioral transformation and how it affects our ability to reframe our past negative programming and produce outstanding future results with a new found personal power. Simply means; Your Ability to Take Action!
So, in the search for that success laid the seeds of greatness. I had found proven results to what all high-achieving individuals had learned in order to become extremely successful… Communication! It is the single most important ability we have available to assist us in achieving all of our dreams. God gave us two things in life; awesome ability and free will. It epitomizes the statement by Napoleon Hill in his 1937 book entitled Think and Grow Rich, "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve!" The ability to properly communicate with ourselves and others determines true success in our lives.Within any given relationship, whether romantic, personal or business in nature, creating that connection or rapport is the bridge between the success or failure of that relationship. Because success has a specific structure, and this structure has a process, it is this process that can be modeled and duplicated. Once you understand its composition, you can create it at anytime, producing that connection or rapport within any relationship. Building immediate TRUST!
